1. General By placing an order on whoopfit.com, you agree to these terms of service. 

2. Products All our bands are compatible with WHOOP 5.0. Product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings.

3. Orders Any order placed on our site constitutes a firm and definitive sale. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues or suspected fraud.

4. Prices All prices are displayed in euros, taxes included. 

5. Payment Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept credit cards and PayPal.

6. Delivery Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Delivery times are 2 to 4 business days for France. WhoopFit is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

8. Intellectual Property All content on whoopfit.com (images, texts, designs) is the exclusive property of WhoopFit and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.

9. Liability WhoopFit cannot be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products.
