1. Products Our bands are compatible with WHOOP 5.0. All orders are subject to product availability.

2. Prices All prices are displayed in euros, taxes included. WhoopFit reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Any order placed on whoopfit.com constitutes a firm and definitive sale. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Payment Payment is processed securely. We accept credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

5. Shipping Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Shipping is free on all orders. A tracking number is sent by email after dispatch.

6. Right of withdrawal In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. This period is extended to 30 days by WhoopFit.

8. Warranty Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under French law.

9. Disputes In case of dispute, French law applies. We will always seek an amicable resolution first.
